LADIES OPEN Amstetten – Austria’s Rising W100 Event
The LADIES OPEN Amstetten powered by SPORTLAND Niederösterreich has quickly established itself as one of the leading events on the World Tennis Tour. Following two successful editions as a W75 tournament, the event was upgraded to W100 in 2026, becoming the second-largest international women’s outdoor tennis tournament in Austria.
Dedicated to showcasing the stars of tomorrow, Amstetten provides an important platform where rising international talents compete alongside Austria’s best players. Its growing international profile was underlined in 2025 when it became the second most-streamed tournament on the World Tennis Tour worldwide.
A Stage for Tomorrow’s Stars
A temporary 720-seat Center Court stadium is purpose-built each year for the tournament, creating a unique atmosphere for players and spectators alike. During the 2025 edition, the stadium was sold out from the third tournament day onwards, reflecting the event’s growing popularity.
The tournament has welcomed players such as Julia Grabher, Nikola Bartůňková, Tamara Korpatsch, Sinja Kraus and Lilli Tagger, many of whom have gone on to achieve significant success on the WTA Tour. With its new W100 status, the event continues to strengthen its reputation as an important stop for players on their journey to the highest level of professional tennis.
