Dino Prizmic found his groove on the ITF World Tennis Tour at the end of the 2022 and it is safe to say that the 17-year-old Croatian has picked up where he left off.

The former junior world No. 9 improved to a 20-match winning streak in ITF men’s action this weekend after adding the M15 Porec crown to his tally – a fifth career singles crown on top of the four he won (in the space of five events) from October to December last year.

It is the latest step in a strong transition to the pro ranks for Prizmic, who climbed as high as No. 8 in the ITF junior rankings and reached the boys’ singles semi-finals at 2022 Roland Garros.

Prizmic has twice tested himself on the ATP Challenger Tour this year ahead of resuming his winning streak at ITF level, impressively reaching back-to-back quarter-finals as a qualifier at two Challengers in Oeiras in January.

Elsewhere, there were four first-time titlists on the men’s tour this weekend, with Evgeny Philippov, Yanaki Milev, Dan Alexandru Tomescu and Florent Bax all securing their maiden professional singles triumphs.
