Hungary's Piros continues fine form with third title of 2021 at Ricany
Former world junior No. 3 Zsombor Piros is enjoying his most profitable season within the professional ranks and continued his fine form with a third ITF World Tennis Tour title in as many months at M25 Ricany.
Piros, who was crowned boys’ champion at the 2017 Australian Open Junior Championships, defeated Israel’s Yshai Oliel in the final of the Czech Republic event, building on his success at M25 Grodzisk Mazowiecki last month.
The 21-year-old, who made his Davis Cup debut for Hungary in 2018, has now topped the podium on three occasions this season having also triumphed at M15 Doboj in July, making it the most trophy-laden campaign of his fledgling career.
