Tour Zone is an online membership service (previously known as the IPIN website) that allows players competing in World Tennis sanctioned tournaments to enter, withdraw and manage their competition schedule.
World Tennis Tour Zone provides Tour Calendar & Tournament Information, Tournament Entries, Withdrawals and Acceptance Lists, Player Resources & Notifications and Ranking & World Tennis Number History.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available in English, French and Spanish.

Register or login to Tour ZoneI have never had an World Tennis ID or registered for the Online Service, what should I do?
On the World Tennis Tour Zone login screen, select the 'sign up now' link and follow on screen instructions. Your membership will then run for a period of 52 weeks from the date of registration so please only register when you are ready to start entering into tournaments
I have had an World Tennis ID and membership of the Online Service prior to 2017 with a different ITF Circuit, what should I do?
You will need to register again as a new player, once you have completed the registration send an email to beach@world.tennis to request that your new and old World Tennis ID records are merged together. Your membership will then run for a period of 52 weeks from the date of registration so please only register when you are ready to start entering into tournaments.
I have had an World Tennis ID and membership of the Online Service between 2017 and 2018 with a different ITF Circuit, what should I do?
On the World Tennis Tour Zone login screen, select to Reset your password to log into that World Tennis ID account you will be asked to complete registration and select the circuits you wish to register for, only select those you wish to compete on. Your membership will then run for a period of 52 weeks from the date of registration renewal so please only register when you are ready to start entering into tournaments.
If you cannot remember, or no longer have access to the email address you last linked to your World Tennis ID, please email beach@world.tennis to request your account is updated with your new email address but please include proof of your ID when contacting World Tennis.
I have an World Tennis ID and membership of the Online Service for 2019 but with a different ITF Circuit, what should I do?
Log into that World Tennis ID account (if you have not accessed the account since September you will first need to select the 'Reset your password' link) and go to MY PROFILE > CIRCUITS and select to add beach tennis as a Circuit to your current membership. Your beach tennis membership will expire at the same time as your previously registered membership.

Do I have to pay for the online service?

How can I pay for the online service?
Payment for the membership fee should be completed online using one of the displayed secure online payment methods. You should, in the first instance, contact the online payment provider you chose, and/or your card issuer, in the event of any payment problems. Please note that cash, cheques and bank transfers are not accepted and World Tennis does not store your card details.
When will my Online Service membership expire?
52 weeks after payment.
When will I receive an World Tennis ID?
Once payment is processed.

Can I upgrade my membership to include Junior, Senior or PRO World Tennis ID membership?
Yes, log into the Online Service and select the Add Circuits button within the My Profile section. You can then choose which additional Circuit to add to your membership depending upon your age. Note an upgrade fee will be required if selecting to add a Circuit which has a higher membership fee, i.e. if choosing to add Pro to an existing Junior membership.
I have not received any emails containing information about my World Tennis ID, can I obtain it any other way?
Details are sent out in automated emails, please check your junk mail folders. If you still cannot find the details, contact beach@world.tennis with details of where you got to in your online registration and please include your name and email address used.
Can I change my World Tennis ID registered email address?
You can amend the email address linked to your membership once logged into the Online Service and selecting My Profile option
I am having problems entering or withdrawing online. What should I do?
If you are having problems entering or withdrawing, you must contact World Tennis immediately before the relevant deadline so that we can assist you further. You can also download and send the entry or withdrawal form to World Tennis, again before the relevant deadline. The forms are available for download from within the Online Service in the Rules & Regs section.
NOTE: Tournament withdrawals made AFTER the Freeze Deadline must be sent to the tournament supervisor with World Tennis Beach in copy prior to the sign in deadline of the respective event.
I accidentally applied for the incorrect hoWorld Tennis ID circuit, w can I correct this?
Contact Beach Tennis at beach@world.tennis and explain your situation and a staff member can amend your membership accordingly and, where necessary, a refund of the difference in membership fees will be issued.
I cannot view all tournaments in a chosen week when trying to enter/withdraw, why?
Please check that search filters have not been applied.
