Overview

28 teams representing 17 countries contested the 2026 BNP Paribas World Team Cup European Qualification, which incorporated a combined quad qualification event featuring a team from South Africa.

Israel won both the men's and quad draws, but Switzerland's women's team denied Israel an unprecedented clean sweep of victories in all three draws after winning the last of the three finals to finish 2-1.

Please find below the final  Provisional Seeding, which is subject to change until such time as it’s confirmed by the referee prior to the draw on Monday 4 June.

With the seeding based on the UNIQLO Wheelchair Tennis Tour Rankings of 27 September 2026 and calculated according to the combined ranking of the top two players in each team, world No. 13 Sergei Lysov of Israel was the highest ranked player nominated for the men’s event.

Israel also had the highest ranked individual player – world No. 22 Maayan Zikri - nominated for the women’s event.

Meanwhile, world No. 3 and two-time Roland Garros champion Guy Sasson was the highest ranked individual player nominated for the quad event and was nominated for Israel’s quad team alongside London 2012 quad singles gold medallist Noam Gershony.

World No. 5 Ahmet Kaplan was the second of two top 10 players nominated for the quad event and led top seeds Turkiye to the quad final.
