Tennis fans around the world are being invited to take part in the first-ever Global Tennis Fan Survey, a landmark initiative designed to give supporters a greater voice in the future of the sport. 

The survey provides an opportunity for participants to share their views, experiences and priorities, helping to inform how tennis can continue to grow and evolve in the years ahead. 

Whether you are an avid follower of the professional game, a recreational player, a volunteer, coach or occasional fan – your perspective matters. 

As a thank you for taking part, eligible participants will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a trip for two to the 2026 Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna, Italy, taking place from 26-30 November 2026. The prize includes flights, accommodation, event tickets and up to £400 GBP spending money.
