There was a big moment at the weekend for 17-year-old Frenchman Moise Kouame, who won the third professional title of his career – and season – at M25 Santa Margherita di Pula.

All three titles have come on the ITF World Tennis Tour during an impressive season in which Kouame, who is still eligible to play junior tennis, has made his first three ATP Tour main draw appearances.

By winning his latest title aged 17 years and 44 days, the teenager is the youngest French player to win three ITF World Tennis Tour men’s singles titles since Richard Gasquet in May 2002.

He won his first pro title at M25 Hazebrouck in January which made Kouame the youngest player to win an ITF World Tennis Tour singles title at M25 level since Carlos Alcaraz in 2019. Not bad footsteps to follow in!

Kouame is projected to break the Top 300 of the ATP Rankings for the first time at the next rankings update on 4 May, with the ITF World Tennis Tour once again proving a pipeline for talent to rise.

Below are some photos of Kouame and his time in junior tennis, including last year’s Roland Garros Junior Championships and the 2024 Davis Cup Junior Finals when he represented France.
