Vandromme shows her promise again with biggest title yet
It has been a remarkable couple of weeks, even by Jeline Vandromme's standards.
The Belgian 18-year-old instantly became one to watch in 2025 with her Junior US Open and ITF Junior Finals titles, as well as her first four ITF World Tennis Tour titles.
Those who have watched Vandromme will be well aware of her immense ball-striking, timing and poise on a tennis court - which she is bringing in spades already this season.
The week before last, she won her biggest title at the time at W50 Nantes, where she had to fight through multiple three setters en route to victory.

Last week, she romped to the W75 Calvi title - her biggest yet - without dropping a set.
Not only this, she did not drop more than four games in a set once, and was only taken to a 6-4 set twice.
Her 6-0 6-0 demolition of fifth seed Katherine Sebov in the final was indicative of a dominant week by the impressive rising star, and evidence suggests that there is plenty more of it to come.
It was her sixth title on the World Tennis Tour, having won her first at W15 Manacor in March last year.
Vandromme is now on a 10-match winning streak, with all of these wins coming at W50 and W75 level - highlighting the step up she has taken this year.

It may go without saying, but Vandromme is without a doubt one to watch for the rest of the 2026 season and potentially many years to come.
