Clement Tabur won his first professional singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour as a qualifier at M25 Naples in Florida, USA on Sunday.

The 21-year-old Frenchman, more proficient on the doubles scene with eight ITF titles to his name, collected his first piece of individual silverware after beating American Christian Harrison 6-1 1-6 6-3 in the final.

It was the world No. 660’s second attempt to get over the line in an ITF final, having finished runner-up at an ITF tournament in Monastir in December 2018.

Five months after winning his first professional title at M25 Prague, former junior world No. 10 Jiri Lehecka doubled up with his second crown at M15 Sharm El Sheikh.

The 19-year-old Czech defeated Poland’s Pawel Cias 6-1 6-3 in the final in Egypt and promptly climbed to a new career-high ranking of No. 346.

Elsewhere, Tunisian Aziz Dougaz won his fifth ITF title – and first since December 2019 – after defeating Belgian Gauthier Onclin 6-1 3-6 6-3 in the final at M15 Monastir. The defeat denied Onclin a third professional singles title - and second in as many weeks in Monastir - with the former junior world No. 8 having beaten Dougaz en route to the crown at the same venue the previous week.

Pedro Cachin won an all-Argentine final at M15 Antalya, defeating Matias Zukas 6-1 6-4 to win his ninth ITF singles title – all of which have come on clay.

Five men’s tournaments are taking place on the ITF World Tennis Tour this week, headlined by M25 events in Vale Do Lobo, Portugal, and Naples, Florida, USA.
