Composition of ITF committees and commissions for 2026-27
The ITF has announced the composition of the ITF committees and commissions for 2026-2027.
More than 230 representatives from 70 nations have been appointed to serve on a range of ITF committees, commissions and taskforces that assist the ITF and its Board of Directors across key areas of the sport.
The duties of each committee and commission are derived from the ITF constitution and members fulfil their duties across the ITF’s core pillars for governance, sport and participation in a manner consistent with the ITF values of good governance, integrity, inclusiveness, innovation and collaboration.
Committee members include representatives of the ITF Board, member nations and other individuals with specific areas of expertise, all of whom give their time on a voluntary basis. In the 2026-2027 appointments 37.4% are women, a continued improvement from the 2024-2025 cycle.
ITF President David Haggerty said: “The 2026-2027 term will be important for the ITF as we look to increase tennis participation and achieve the ITF2024+4 strategic priorities. Committees will play a crucial role in providing the resources needed to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
“Gender balance is not yet fully reflected in leadership roles at the highest levels which remains a priority for the ITF through its Advantage All programme. We remain committed to encouraging our national and regional associations to continue to increase diversity on their boards and committees so that our future pool of talented leaders represents the global diversity and footprint of tennis.”
