Türkiye, Portugal, USA, and Croatia will host next year’s International Tennis Federation (ITF) Masters World Championships, the global governing body has confirmed today.

The four nations will each host selected age groups of the 2025 World Team Championships from 30+ to 85+, and the 2025 World Individual Championships from 30+ through to 90+.

The ITF Masters Committee has continued the 2024 approach of awarding four nations the hosting rights for the 2025 World Championships.

This four-host model is a strategy to provide more playing opportunities for players in various locations. The number of entrants in most World Championships has increased in recent years, resulting in greater overall court requirements for Hosts. For example, the introduction of the 30+ World Team Championships in 2023, which is set to feature 12 women’s teams and 17 men’s teams in August 2024.

Expanding to four locations helps alleviate court pressures, enables more host applications, and allows for a better rotation of age groups across various locations.

In line with this approach, Bol Island in Croatia will host the 75+ to 90+ World Championships in 2025 – the first time a World Championships event will be played here.

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, returns as a host city following a successful staging of the 50, 55, 60 World Team and Individual Championships in 2022. Lisbon, Portugal, and Ali Bey Club, Manavgat, Türkiye have each delivered superbly successful events in recent years and will return in 2025.
