The candidate will ensure that projects are administered to the highest level and to ensure a good service is delivered to National and Regional Associations and ITF Development Officers. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese as a second language is essential for this role.

IT Product Manager

We are recruiting for an IT Product Manager to lead and coordinate the support, maintenance, and ongoing development of software and digital platforms created and managed by our internal IT software team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, with strong knowledge of software product design, usability principles and user centred experience. Experience working within an ITIL framework would be an advantage.

Senior Coordinator, Participation (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Coordinator to support the delivery of our participation based projects and provide essential administrative support across the wider department. You will work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders including our 214 Member National Associations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience or familiarity with the current tennis landscape would be an advantage
