We are recruiting for an experienced events or sports professional with a strong track record in event operations and international relations to lead the administration of the Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup Regional Group Events. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in event administration (preferably within tennis) and a background in working with international governing bodies or federations. Fluency in Spanish or French, in addition to English, would be advantageous.

You will also coordinate the international distribution of technical equipment and maintain accurate records relating to data, streaming, and integrity projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, problem-solving and customer service/communication skills. Knowledge of tennis and proficiency in an additional language are desirable.

Senior Coordinator, Beach Tennis

We are recruiting for a Senior Coordinator to support the coordination of the Beach Tennis World Tour and Junior Tour, including the successful delivery of the major events that form part of both Tours. While this role is primarily administrative, the Senior Coordinator will also work closely with major event organisers and contribute to strategic projects aimed at developing and enhancing the Tour. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and driven and, ideally, have knowledge of Beach Tennis. Fluency in an additional language, particularly French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is desirable.

The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree, or due to complete one by July 2026, in Sport/Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related discipline. You will also be comfortable working independently on individual projects and will demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, alongside an awareness of disability sport.
