Stefan Olsson (SWE) and Martin Legner (AUT) will contest Saturday's men's main draw singles final at the Sardinia Open, part of the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour, while Katharina Kruger (GER) and Sharon Walraven (NED) will meeting in the women's singles final at the latest ITF 1 Series event in Alghero.
Top seed Olsson bids for his first NEC Tour title of the season after ending the title defence of Nicolas Peifer (FRA) in Friday's semifinals. Olsson clinched a 61 62 victory over defending champion Peifer, while second seed Legner withstood a second set fightback from fourth seed Joachim Gerard to win the other semifinal 62 75.
In the women's singles semifinals, fifth seed Marianna Lauro (ITA) was unable to repeat her quarterfinal performance against top seed Jiske Griffioen (NED) and was beaten 61 63 by third seed Katharina Kruger (GER).
Although the quad singles final was originally scheduled for Friday, it has been put back to Saturday, when Johan Andersson (SWE) will defend his title against Sarah Hunter (CAN).
Andersson has already clinched one title this week after partnering Jamie Burdekin (GBR) to victory in Friday's quad doubles final. The top seeds had to go to three sets against second seeds Hunter and Dorrie Timmermans-Van Hall (NED), but eventually came through 60 46 62.
Top seeds Legner and Peifer will meet second seeds Gerard and Piotr Jaroszewski (POL) in Saturday's men's main draw doubles final.
Meanwhile, top Dutch top seeds Griffioen and Marjolein Buis have reached the women's doubles final without dropping a game. Griffioen and Buis will play Swiss second seeds Karin Suter-Erath and Parmila Grangier in Saturday's final.
