The ITF has recently sent Member Nations the 2nd Entry Pack for the Invacare World Team Cup 2009.
The event will be held in Nottingham, Great Britain on 27 July - 2 August 2009.
All main information and documentation contained in the 2nd Entry Pack can now be downloaded via the links to the PDF documnents below.
Please note that the deadline for receiving Team Nominations is FRIDAY, 1 MAY 2009.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- We would urge all participating countries to apply for their visas as soon as possible.
- The Opening Ceremony will take place on Sunday the 26th July (it is normally on the Monday) so please arrange your arrival in accordance with this (taking into account your transfer to the hotel etc).
- There is a change to the playing format this year. Please ensure you are familiar with the 2009 World Team Cup Rules.
- Please be aware that all teams are expected to stay until Monday morning 3rd August as we cannot foresee what time play will finish on Sunday (depending on unforeseen circumstances/bad weather etc).
If you are scheduled to play and are not able to, you will be defaulted and this will result in a fine (see 2009 World Team Cup Rules attached).

The attachment below includes the Entry Form for the 2009 British Open, which takes place the week immediately before the Invacare World Team Cup.
IWTC2008
The organisers of last year's event in Cremona have published a photograph book covering the highlights of the week. They will be selling these at this year's event. If you would like to pre-order a copy of the book, please complete the form attached and send to Melanie de Meester as soon as possible. Your book will then be available for payment and collection at the 2009 event.
