Stefan Olsson (SWE), Esther Vergeer (NED) and David Wagner (USA) won Sunday's main draw singles titles at the ITF 1 Series Mercedes Open, part of the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour, in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Olsson repeated his win over world No 4 Jeremiasz in last month's Wroclaw Cup to win the men's main draw singles final. The world No 9 and sixth seed sealed a 64 63 victory to clinch his third title of 2008.

Before Sunday's women's singles final, world No 2 Korie Homan (NED) had taken a set of tennis off Vergeer on three separate occasions. Each time it had been the first set and each time it had been by a two game margin, but in the first set of the final in Utrecht Homan secured a double break cushion as Vergeer dropped a set for the second successive day.

However, as in Homan's three previous three set matches against Vergeer, the world No 1 came back strongly in the second and third sets. After a rain break at the start of the final set, Vergeer opened up a 4-0 lead and went on to seal a 26 62 61 victory that stretches her unbeaten winning streak to 344 amtches.

World No 1 ranked quad Wagner was in fine form for the quad singles final and ended this week's fine run by Bas Van Erp (NED), the American retaining his title with a 63 61 victory.

In the men's main draw doubles final, Dutch second seeds Maikel Scheffers and Ronald Vink thwarted hopes of back-to-back titles for French top seeds Stephane Houdet and Jeremiasz. Scheffers and Vink thrilled the home suppoerters as they came from a set down to beat last week's British Open champions 36 64 62.

In the women's doubles final Jiske Griffioen and Vergeer ensured there was no repeat of their loss in last year's final as the top seeds eased past compatriots Homan and Sharon Walraven 62 63.

Meanwhile, top seeds Nick Taylor and Wagner (USA) held off a strong challenge from second seeds Monique de Beer and Sarah Hunter (CAN) to retain the quad doubles title 75 63.
