McCarroll, Lauro win Biel-Bienne Indoors

Britain's Marc McCarroll and Marianna Lauro of Italy won Sunday's men's and women's singles finals at the Biel-Bienne Indoors, part of the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour, as the ITF 3 Series tournament came to an end.

Third seed McCarroll won his first singles title of 2013 as he secured his second career win over Austrian top seed Martin Legner 63 64 in the men's singles final.

After partnering Britain's Louise Hunt to victory in the women's doubles final on Saturday's penultimate day of play in Switzerland, top seed Lauro ensured a victorious end to her first tournament of 2013 when she beat second seed Hunt 63 64 in the women's singles final.

Meanwhile, top seeds Legner and American Stephen Welch claimed the men's doubles title after beating British second seeds Dermot Bailey and McCarroll 63 62.
