2011 Invacare Doubles Masters
The ITF announces the updated entries for the 2011 Invacare Doubles Masters, set to take place from 2-6 November in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The entries have been updated after Japan's Shingo Kunieda and Satoshi Saida withdrew from the men's event, with 2008 champions Stefan Olsson and Peter Vikstrom now taking the available place in the field.
Peter Norfolk and Andrew Lapthorne have also had to withdraw from the quad event and have been replaced by two former finalists, Antonio Raffaele and Dorrie Timmermans-Van Hall.
A new era for the event starts this year, with Invacare taking over the title sponsorship of the year-end highlight for the world's top doubles players. The Frans Otten Stadium in Amsterdam, Netherlands, previously the venue for the Wheelchair Tennis Singles Masters, also becomes the new host venue for the Invacare Doubles Masters. All ranking positions and all ranking points listed are as of 12 September, the cut-off date for selections.
