I am aware that the Event shall take place in accordance with the Seniors Regulations, the Seniors Circuit Code of Conduct, the Constitution of ITF Limited and the Rules of Tennis adopted by the ITF. In submitting my entry into the Event I undertake to abide by and fulfil all my obligations under the above-mentioned Rules and Regulations. I also agree to co-operate in good faith with others and to respect playing rules and schedules and, to the extent applicable, travel arrangements and accommodation; agree and consent to my performance or appearance in the Event being photographed, filmed and/or recorded in any medium, and that such stills, film or recording in whole or in part may at your absolute discretion be incorporated in any form of television transmission, publication, film and videogram, or other electronic media of whatever nature now or hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity, and consent to the reproduction and use of my name, voice, likeness, performance or biographical details for the purposes of advertising, publicity or otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such film or recording, and the promotion of the Event and the commercial rights thereto; agree that you shall be entitled at any time to assign or licence the whole or any part of the benefit of this Release to any third party. agree in submitting an entry form into the Event I agree, as a condition of entry, that for myself and my executors, administrators, heirs and personal representatives, all claims of any kind, nature and description are waived, including past, present or future claims and injuries if any sustained in travelling to or from or participating in the Event, against the ITF, the host venue, its officers and Volunteers, the Regional Association or National Association sanctioning this event. Type I agree in the text box below to acknowledge your acceptance of the player agreement & release above. Player Release Doubles Release Doubles entries will close on Monday 22 February 2010. There will be no sign-in on site and all doubles pairs must have been entered by the entry deadline. It is the player's responsibility to find a doubles partner. The ITF will not match any players to form a doubles pair. In order to assist players without a partner in finding a suitable doubles partner, event entry lists will be published on a regular basis on the ITF Seniors website from mid January. PLAYERS ENTERED IN DOUBLES WITHOUT A PARTNER HAVE UNTIL 15 MARCH 2010 TO MATCH UP AS DOUBLES PAIRS WITH OTHER PLAYERS ENTERED IN DOUBLES WITHOUT A PARTNER. If you have entered doubles without a partner you can authorise the ITF to release some of your personal information to players who wish to get in touch with you. I agree that my personal details (email address, telephone number) may be released to players who contact the ITF in order to find a doubles partner.
