Italia Cup Spain, Italia Cup Winners 2007 The Italia Cup for men of the thirty-five age category was presented by the Italian Tennis Federation in 1982. The first event was held in Cervia, Italy where the Italian team beat nine other teams to take the trophy. The 2006 event was held from 17-22 April in Durban, South Africa. Spain defeated France in the final. Results can be found below. The 2007 competition took place from 23-28 April in Antalya, Turkey. Spain retained their title, defeating Germany in the final.
