USA, Dubler Cup Winners 2006
The Dubler Cup for men in the forty-five age category was donated by Leon Dubler from Switzerland, who was the first President of the Veterans International Tennis Association.

This was the first International Vets Team Competition and was inaugurated in 1958.

The 2006 event was held from 17-22 April in Durban, South Africa. The USA won a dramatic final, edging past South Africa 2-1. Results can be found below.

The 2007 competition took place from 23-28 April in Antalya, Turkey from 23-28 April. Spain won for the first time since 1993, beating Germany in the final. Results can be found below.
