QNet Open is an International Women's Tennis Tournament on the ITF Women's Circuit. Earlier called QuestNet Open, is renamed with the new title as a result of the name change of the title sponsors, QNet.The inaugural event during Sep 2009 had a prize money of US$10,000 and for the second edition during Dec 2010, it was increased to US$25,000.This is a part of the ITF Pro Circuit run by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) aimed at providing a platform for budding professional players who are ready to move into the WTA tour.The event showcases thirty-two International players with gripping tennis action for a week which is sure to raise the heat in India's garden city of Bangalore.
Each player entrant agrees, as a condition of entry, to abide by and be subject to the ITF Circuit Rules and Regulations. All players who compete in ITF Circuit tournaments must be signed up to the IPIN Online Service, and have a valid IPIN, for which an annual membership fee is payable. Failure by a player to fulfil these requirements will result in the rejection of that player's entry.
