All players flying to Kish Island via Dubai will NOTneed a Visa to enter Iran/Kish Island.
All players flying to Kish Island via Tehran will need a Visa to enter Iran. Visas can be arranged either by players or by the tounament (OPT Circuit):
- Visas arranged by players: Invitation letters can be provided upon request.
- Visas arranged by OPT Circuit: Visa reference will be given to the players and players can collect their visas from the Iranian Embassy in the country of their choice. It will cost players 30 USD plus the visa fee. Deadline to send the request to the organizers: 25 days prior to the Monday of the tournament.

*Players staying in the official hotel will have unlimited use of practice courts (free of charge) throughout the tournament week, even after their elimination.
*Players not staying in the official hotel will be entitled to use practice courts (free of charge) until the day of their elimination. Following their elimination from the tournament (singles and doubles), players not staying in the official hotel may use practice courts for a fee of USD 15 per hour.
Each player entrant agrees, as a condition of entry, to abide by and be subject to the ITF Circuit Rules and Regulations. All players who compete in ITF Circuit tournaments must be signed up to the IPIN Online Service, and have a valid IPIN, for which an annual membership fee is payable. Failure by a player to fulfil these requirements will result in the rejection of that player's entry.
