Hotel reservations must be confirmed with Tournament Director. Kaya Belek Resort Hotel will NOT accept any reservations from travel agencies during tournament week.If a player comes to Kaya Belek Hotel with travel agency,he/she has to pay 20 EUR per person per day to tournament organization company at hotel during tournament week. Players who stays at another hotels must pay 25 EUR per person/per day for entry to Tournament Hotel (Kaya Belek Resort) then can use all facilities,will have lunch and dinner at Kaya Belek Resort Hotel. PLAYERS HAVE NOT PAY TO ENTER TO THE TOURNAMENT SITE IF THEY PLAY ONLY THEIR MATCHES. When player has lost in singles and doubles and is not staying in the hotel Riu Kaya Belek, the organisation will charge the player to use the courts by 15 Euros per hour per day.
Each player entrant agrees, as a condition of entry, to abide by and be subject to the ITF Circuit Rules and Regulations. All players who compete in ITF Circuit tournaments must be signed up to the IPIN Online Service, and have a valid IPIN, for which an annual membership fee is payable. Failure by a player to fulfil these requirements will result in the rejection of that player's entry.
