*ALL INCLUSIVE CONCEPT for all players and visitors who stay at Lyttos Beach Hotel. Tournament will be held at Lyttos Beach Hotel's Tennis Courts. Hotel reservations must be confirmed with Tournament Director. Lyttos Beach Hotel will NOT accept any reservations from travel agencies during tournament week. If a player or a visitor comes to Lyttos Beach Hotel through a travel agency, he/she has to pay 20€ per person /per day to tournament organization company during his/her stay at the hotel. Players or visitors who are staying elsewhere must pay 25€ per person/per day to use all facilities in the hotel complex, including lunch and dinner at Lyttos Beach Hotel. PLAYERS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT VENUE IN ORDER TO PLAY THEIR MATCHES. When a player has lost in singles and doubles and is not staying in Lyttos Beach Hotel, the organization will charge the player for court use an amount equal to 10 Euros per person per day for all eliminated non-hotel guest players. *Combined with ITF Women's $10,000
Each player entrant agrees, as a condition of entry, to abide by and be subject to the ITF Circuit Rules and Regulations. All players who compete in ITF Circuit tournaments must be signed up to the IPIN Online Service, and have a valid IPIN, for which an annual membership fee is payable. Failure by a player to fulfil these requirements will result in the rejection of that player's entry.
