As top seed in both events, Sema recorded a 76(5) 64 win over the third seeded Sachie Ishizu, also from Japan to take the singles title and in the doubles event, teamed with Natsumi Hamamura, the title was won in another all-Japanese final with a comprehensive 61 62 win over the No. 2 seeds Akari Inoue & Ayumi Oka.
