Peter Polansky (Canada)

TORONTO, CANADA: 24-year-old Peter Polansky won both the singles and doubles titles in his home nation back in late September 2011 and now, almost one year on, he has repeated this feat.

Top seeded Polansky took the singles title, the tenth of his career, with a 64 64 win over seventh seed Chase Buchanan from America.

This win followed on from his triumph the previous day when, with his Australian partner Carsten Ball,  he came from a set down to take the doubles title with a 67(2) 64 [11-9] win over the Amercian pairing of Sekou Bangoura and Bjorn Fratangelo.
