Chung becomes youngest Korean champion

GIMCHEON, KOREA: Hyeon Chung of South Korea won his first professional men’s title by defeating the number one seed, Enrique Lopez-Perez of Spain, 62 63 in the singles final, his second career singles final on the ITF Pro Circuit tournament. 

Chung, who turned 17 in mid-May, became the youngest player in Korean history to claim an ITF Pro Circuit men's singles title. Chung has been ranked as high as number seven on the ITF Junior World Rankings and will be competing Aegon Junior International Roehampton and the Junior Wimbledon Championships this month.
