Starting Out

Successful performances on the ITF Pro Circuit allows players to acquire computer ranking points which will help them move up to the next level of the professional competitive ladder.

Before you can compete in ITF Pro Circuit tournaments you must first register for Pro IPIN Membership which will provide you with your own unique International Player Identification Number (IPIN).

Players who have previously registered for either ITF Junior or Senior Circuit membership and who now wish to compete on the ITF Pro Circuit need only to upgrade their IPIN membership to include the Pro Circuit.

For further IPIN information visit the IPIN website.

When first starting out playing ITF Pro Circuit tournaments it is advised to enter lower level events first (i.e. $10,000 prize money events). For a list of cut-offs for entry into last year's ITF Pro Circuit tournaments please click here.

Many players submitting entries for ITF Pro Circuit tournaments already hold a World Ranking and/or a National Ranking so you may well find yourself having to earn places in tournament main draws by coming through qualifying events.
