Medallists



Tennis was played in the first modern Olympic Games at Athens 1896 and was a mainstay until Paris 1924. After a couple of demonstration/exhibition events, it returned as a full medal sport at Seoul 1988 and has since gone from strength to strength, becoming one of the most coveted prizes in tennis.
