Played: 3 tournaments (2 singles titles)

Won: 23 Sets              Lost: 5 Sets
Won: 156 Games                Lost: 92 Games

Also competed in 3 doubles events (2 titles)

Russia proved a happy hunting ground for the 20-year-old from Belarus with back-to-back singles and doubles title wins in Moscow.

The two singles titles came at $15,000 events where Shymanovich was unseeded and saw her defeat highly seeded opposition in each final.  First up was a 62 64 win over the top seed Polina Leykina who had also come through the qualifying event.

This was followed up the very next week by a three set victory against Yana Sizikova who had been the fourth seed.

Over the course of the two weeks, Shymanovich dropped just three sets and has now won her last five singles finals contested.

Her doubles titles in Moscow were won competing alongside her 2014 Fed Cup doubles partner Ilona Kremen. The duo hold a 2-1 win-loss record in Fed Cup play and were teaming up on the ITF Pro Circuit for the first time since July 2017, which, coincidentally, was also in Moscow and saw them beaten finalists.

This month’s Moscow titles were their first as a duo.

Her month ended in Almaty, Kazakhstan where Shymanovich qualified for a $25,000 tournament but was knocked out in round two of the singles event and round one in doubles with Kremen.
