ITF Wheelchair Tennis Committee member Christo Kok (NED) has been appointed onto the International Paralympic Committee’s Audit & Finance Committee following the recent IPC Governing Board meeting in Bonn.
Kok brings a range of experience to the committee with his background in finance and auditing with the Dutch military and his tennis experience with the Royal Dutch Lawn Tennis Association (KNLTB) and the ITF.
The International Paralympic Committee’s Audit & Finance Committee, which consists of six members, was established in 2003 to provide expert advice and consultation to the IPC on finance-related matters.
Kok is not the only ITF representative to the IPC. ITF Wheelchair Tennis Manager Mark Bullock is a member of the IPC Sports Council and he also represents the ITF at the IPC Head of Classification Meetings and the General Assembly.
