NONTHABURI, THAILAND: For the first time since April 2010, Varatchaya Wongteanchai & Ling Zhang (pictured) reunited as a doubles partnership and, after having dropped their only set of the tournament, came from behind to claim the doubles title with a 26 62 [12-10] victory over Chinese second seeds Hao Chen Tang and Ran Tian.

This title win for the fourth seeded pair is their second together and comes just over six years since their first although this was also still only the third time they have ever teamed up.

You can catch the singles final from 10am on Saturday (local time) via the live scoring feature online here.

Battling it out for the title will be the unseeded Xin Wen from China and Thailand’s fifth seed Nudnida Luangnam.

Wen is aiming for a second career singles title on the ITF Pro Circuit whilst victory for Luangnam will be her sixth, with the former WTA Top 200 ranked player’s last coming in August 2010.
