The ITF has announced the complete list of entries for the 2013 BNP Paribas World Team Cup, to be held in Antalya, Turkey, on 20-26 May.

Antalya will host the ITF’s flagship wheelchair tennis team event for the second time in four years, with 52 teams from 28 nations set to contest this year's competition.

Following the introduction of the new format for the BNP Paribas World Team Cup in 2012, 12 nations will again compete in each of the men’s World Group, men’s World Group 2 and the women’s World Group categories.

Nigeria, Greece and Canada won the three BNP Paribas World Team Cup qualification competitions for Africa, Europe and the Americas earlier this year to earn entry for World Group 2.

While Turkey is awarded a wildcard as host nation, the ITF Wheelchair Tennis Committee has awarded wildcards for men’s World Group 2 to Israel and Croatia, who finished second and third to Greece in the qualification event for Europe.

South Africa and Spain won the BNP Paribas World Team Cup Qualifications for Africa and Europe earlier this year to earn entry for the women’s World Group.

The ITF Wheelchair Tennis Committee has awarded a wildcard for the women’s World Group to Australia, with Turkey again being awarded a wildcard as host nation.

The quad and junior events for the BNP Paribas World Team Cup will again be contested by eight nations. The ITF Wheelchair Tennis Committee has awarded wildcards to Canada and Sweden for the Quad World Group alongside the six direct entries.

Tanzania makes its BNP Paribas World Team Cup debut this year, having been awarded one of four wildcards for the junior event, which is again supported by the Johan Cruyff Foundation. The ITF Wheelchair Tennis Committee has also awarded wildcards to Spain, Iraq and Russia.
