Players at Roehampton Educational Forum

The Roehampton Junior Educational Forum will take place at Roehampton University on Thursday 27 June.

Players from the AEGON Junior International Roehampton Grade 1 event are invited to attend the 11th edition of the Roehampton forum.  Important topics such anti-doping, media, scholarships at American Universities and player welfare will be covered at this year’s forum.  Players will be presented with special gifts at the end of the forum, including a towel, a t-shirt and a water bottle.

The ITF has long been committed to helping young players learn the off-court skills that they will need if and when they become professionals.  Regular educational forums are held at ITF team and individual events and an online junior tennis school has been launched to educate them on issues such as anti-doping, coaching, parental involvement and dealing with the media so that they can learn via the internet as well as at the forums.
