What are your highlights in tennis so far?

Well it's got to be the two Grand Slam Finals i've played in so far. And i'd say making the semis of a Challenger this year. It's been a great feeling to do well this year.

What was it like playing Junior Davis Cup for Canada?

It was amazing. I played in 2010 and we made the Finals.  It was really disappointing to lose to Japan but I think that it's a great atmosphere and a completely different feeling than playing just for yourself.

Favourite Player?

At the moment i'd say Djokovic, because of the way he plays. I like his game a lot and how solid he is all-round. My all-time favourites would have be Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi.  They're just legends to me.

If you could choose anyone to play doubles with, who would it be?

Definitely Daniel Nestor. Has to be!

What is your ambition in tennis?

Well, I try to take it step by step but the eventual goal is to be number 1 in the world. If i can do that it would then be to get the most Grand Slams.

Do you have a favourite Grand Slam tournament?

I dont' know really. I used to before i played them.  I think there are good aspects of all of them.  I think now if I win one it will then be the one that i win!

Favourite food?

Hmmm, not really. Depends on how i feel.  I woud probably say burger and junk food because i dont get to eat it that often.

Do you have any nicknames?

I have a lot actually. The most well-known one around the ITF tour is Pepe. More people call me that than Filip actually!

If you could have dinner with one celebrity who would you choose?

Hmm, that's a tough one. I'd say Federer.
