| Germany to launch the ITN |
The TeXX-website was launched on Tuesday, 11 April under www.dtb-texx.de. There people find a registration tool (ID-Nummer-Antrag), where they get an ID-Number and a password.
With that they can log in (Anmeldung). Before they put in the first result, people need to get their starting TeXX - they need to be assessed (Spielereinstufung).
There are three ways to get your TeXX: read the categories and decide for yourself what TeXX you are, make the Oncourt Assessment or - and that´s totally new - make the Online Test, a questionnaire which was developed in a joint venture with the University of Cologne.
From the moment you have got your first TeXX you can feed in the results of every match you play (official games, private games, inside or outside of clubs, single, double, mixed) and after each input of a result your TeXX is calculated and you get your new TeXX within a second.
There are more features like players history, finding match partners, best of TeXX (best players, best clubs) and much more.
Protion of this new system will be at the following events:
2nd to 4th of May: BMW Open Munich, Oncourt Assessment for visitors, VIPs and players (Mayer, Kohlschreiber)
18th of May: Masters Series Hamburg, official TeXX Kick Off, press conference (10 a.m.), Oncourt Assessment for visitors (all day), VIPs and players (3 p.m.)
May to September: pilot project with 250 clubs all over Germany
