| Asia 14 & Under Development Championships underway |
The 2013 ITF Asia 14 & Under Development Championships – Division 2 are currently taking place at the Phu Tho Tennis Club in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Players from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore and Sri Lanka as well as an ITF team with the West Asian Regions (Iran, UAE and Yemen), are all participating in the 12-day event, which is hosted by Vietnam Tennis.
The Division 2 event and West Asian team is financed by the Grand Slam Development Fund (GSDF), providing players not only with the opportunity to take part in top level international competition but also the invaluable experience of travelling abroad as part of a team under the guidance of an ITF coach.
