How to Use the Development Weblet
Welcome to the new-look ITF Development website, which contains information on the ITF's Development Programme.

On www.itftennis.com you will find all you need to know about the International Tennis Federation, its history, and the work and activities of all its departments. The site was re-launched in August last year, comprising a number of micro-sites or ‘weblets’ - one for each key area of focus for the ITF.

The new portal homepage, at www.itftennis.com, has been designed as an entry point for all of these weblets, as well as a showcase for the wide range of information available from the ITF in all areas of tennis. Visitors can navigate to all of the ITF’s weblets from this portal, as well as seeing selected news stories from the ITF’s many activities. You can get to the other weblets using the 'jump-to' drop-down menu in the top right corner of the page.

You are currently in the Development weblet, which is the best place to start if you want to know all about the ITF Development Programme. In the Development Programme section, there is an overview of the activities undertaken around the world. National Programmes provides details of programmes which are available to the member nations of the ITF.

The Development programme is supported by 9 Development Officers who are based around the world and their section provides a summary of their role in the Development Programme, in addition to detailed news and latest events from each of the Development Officers’ individual regions.

The JTI section provides more information on the ITF’s Junior Tennis Initiative which encompasses the School Tennis Initiative and Performance Tennis Initiative programmes.

The Player Development section provides full information on player training opportunities through ITF training centres and ITF organised training camps and detailed information on international competition.

Finally, we also have a News section where you will find the latest news and news archive in relation to Development activities taking place around the world.

Those of you who are familiar with our sister sites, www.daviscup.com and www.fedcup.com, will notice that the new sections of ITF online are very similar in look and feel to those sites. The relaunching of ITF online is part of our long-term web strategy to unify all the ITF's websites, and make all its information, operations and departments as transparent and user-friendly as possible.

Please contact us via this feedback form if you have have any specific questions for the Development Department, or via this feedback form if you have any general or technical comments or suggestions about our sites.

To contact the ITF, it is best to look at the weblet or page that relates to the area of your query, for example the Coaching site if you have a coaching query. In each weblet or page you may well find the information you were looking for, and if not there is a Contact Us link at the foot of the page to help you out.

For General Enquiries, please email the ITF using this feedback form.
