Stage de formation d’entraîneurs - Niveau 1

Le stage Niveau 1 est divisé en deux volets avec un stage de deux jours consacré au mini-tennis et un autre de sept jours consacré au tennis. L’objectif du stage Niveau 1 est de donner aux candidats les compétences nécessaires pour faire découvrir le tennis par le biais du mini-tennis, pour entraîner les joueurs jusqu’au niveau junior et aussi pour promouvoir le tennis auprès d’un large public. Ce stage s’adresse généralement aux professeurs d’éducation physique, aux entraîneurs de tennis ou aux arbitres. Les candidats doivent justifier d’un niveau de jeu minimum (c’est-à-dire être capable de tenir l’échange / de montrer les coups de base / d’envoyer correctement des balles à l’élève) et passer plusieurs examens, dont un test d’aptitude à l’enseignement individuel, un test d’aptitude à l’enseignement collectif, une évaluation du niveau de jeu et une épreuve théorique écrite.

Une méthode d'apprentissage en ligne : Les entraîneurs qui participent au stage ont à étudier les présentations avant d'assister au stage. Une grande partie du travail que l'entraîneur a à réaliser pour approuver ce stage doit être réalisée avant le commencement de même. Durant le stage, les séances théoriques repasseront les contenus principaux.
