Tennis Masters Cup Shanghai 2008
The 2008 Tennis Masters Cup will run from 9-16 November and for the fourth consecutive year will be staged at the futuristic Qi Zhong Stadium, Shanghai, China. Daily reports and photos from Shanghai will appear in the article listing below.

The Tennis Masters Cup is the culminating event of the men's tour. The ITF, Grand Slams and ATP work together to jointly stage the circuit’s climactic tournament. At the Tennis Masters Cup, tennis’ premier players not only battle to capture this prestigious title, but also compete to position themselves as high as possible in the final year-end rankings.

The top seven players in the ATP Race automatically qualify for the eight player Tennis Masters Cup. The final place goes to a Grand Slam Champion from that year who is not in the top eight but in the Top 20, or simply the eighth-placed player in the Race.
