The staff at the ITF is comprised of approximately 60 people in addition to the Executive Directors and Managers, who are based at the ITF headquarters in Roehampton, London.
At Roehampton, the staff operate in the following departments:
Presidential and Communications
The closeness of the Presidential and Communications areas ensures that communications and public relations are fully integrated within the decision making process. In addition, several key ITF events - the World Champions Dinner and AGM - have public relations considerations and implications. The Communications Department also provides on and off-site media support at the four Grand Slam events and selected Davis Cup and Fed Cup ties.

Professional Tennis
The Professional Tennis Department has wide responsibilities, from the ITF's flagship competitions - the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas, Fed Cup by BNP Paribas and Olympics - through to officiating and men's and women's entry-level circuits.

Tennis Development
The concentration of juniors, wheelchair and seniors tennis, along with development activities, enables the ITF to employ key skills across all these areas for the benefit of tennis players worldwide. The ITF Technical Centre and Sport Science & Medicine also come under the umbrella of this department.

Commercial
The Commercial Department maintains responsibility for the following areas: television sales, TV services and sponsorship sales. The Department concentrates on developing and strengthening the ITF's existing brands, and also strengthens relationships with exisiting and new sponsors, broadcasters and the tennis industry.

Finance and Administration
The responsibilities of the Finance and Administration Department are broad and include human resources, staff travel, accounts and information technology.
