Satoshi Saida and Yui Kamiji retained their men’s and women’s singles titles on Sunday at the Peace Cup in Hiroshima, while also adding the doubles titles at the ITF 2 Series tournament in Hiroshima.

Second seed Saida won his third NEC Tour title of 2012 as he dominated the men’s singles final to beat top seed Takashi Sanada 61 63, having beaten Sanada 64 63 to win the 2011 final.

Saida also partnered Yoshinobu Fujimoto to retain the men’s doubles as they lived up to their top seeding by beating Takahiro Hirate and Hiroyuki Takeda 62 61.

In the women’s singles Kamiji also won her third singles title of the season after easing past second seed Kanako Domori 60 61.

Kamiji had partnered Domori to win the women’s doubles in 2011, but found success with Miho Nijo this year as the top seeds dominated a deciding match tiebreak to beat second seeds Domori and Tomomi Miyama 61 67(5) (10-4).
