Brazil F10 2012 - Fernando Romboli - singles champion

MANAUS, BRAZIL: Fernando Romboli claimed his first ITF Pro Circuit title of 2012 with a straight sets victory in the final of the Brazil F10 tournament.

The 23-year-old Brazilian came into this tournament with an impressive haul of eight singles and 20 doubles titles on the ITF Pro Circuit, all won in his native Brazil!

A ninth singles title came in an all-Brazilian final against Joao Pedro Sorgi. Having fought back from a set down to reach the final, Romboli returned to straight sets winning ways and ran out a 63 64 winner.

His quest for an incredible 36th appearance in an ITF Pro Circuit doubles final (and 33rd in Brazil alone) was ended in the semifinal.
